Family School Success Program

Helping children thrive at school and families feel more confident at home.

School challenges can affect the whole family. When children struggle with learning, attention, emotional regulation, behaviour, or school-related stress, parents can feel overwhelmed and unsure how best to help.

Our Family School Success Program is a 9-week, family-focused group designed to help parents and children develop practical strategies for navigating school challenges together.

Through a combination of parent education, child-focused activities, and guided discussions, families learn to better understand their child's needs, strengthen communication, manage frustration, build emotional regulation skills, and establish routines that support learning and independence.

Parents gain practical tools to support their child's success at home and school, while children develop skills to manage challenges, build confidence, and approach learning more positively.

What makes this program different? Parents and children participate in concurrent groups, allowing the whole family to work toward shared goals. With a maximum of eight families per group, the program provides a supportive environment where families can learn, connect, and practise new strategies.

Our goal is simple: less frustration, stronger family relationships, and children who feel more capable and confident at school.
